Coming into the twenty-first century, with the increasing globalization and integration of economies, highly developed international division of labor and the rapid development of information technology, the business environment of an enterprise is going into a dynamic and complex changes, comparing with the 1980s.The role of knowledge elements is increasing day by day. The most popular word, the new economy, has become a modern background of enterprise strategic management. With this age coming, enterprises are facing a totally different dynamic and complex competition and business situation. As Charles Handy predicted in his book Beyond Uncertainty, this is an age of great change. This change is so great that Schumpeter delimit it Creative destruction, on behalf of great uncertainty.In the dynamic and complex environment, the traditional competitive strategy, which to manage through the planning, organization, incentives and controls, to improve efficiency through separating the entire enterprise into different independent sector, to sell a large number of standardized product in a low price, or to sell high-quality products in a high price, is no longer meet the need. We are in an urgent need of seeking a totally new way of observation, analysis and action. More importantly, we need multi-angle view of the organization and the new theory of corporate culture.Thus, a corporate culture which is able to adapt to the enterprises themselves, as well as the complex and dynamic business environment enterprises faced with, have a very important significance for the fast growth. Then, how the corporate culture help the corporate to create more, greater value of economic activity, maintain the company's competitive advantage and long-term operating performance, is one of the most important question of corporate culture management.This paper combine the corporate culture of a fast growing enterprise with the competitive advantage theory, and analysis some well-known high-growth enterprises at home and abroad, and their common culture roots. Then make a preliminary discussion theoretically of how the corporate culture help high-growth enterprises to obtain a competitive advantage.Corporate culture hadn't has a long history in China. Thus, there are numerous errors in the construction of it in domestic enterprises. This paper also analysis a lot of questions and bring forward some recommendations of the construction of corporate culture of domestic enterprises.
