D is a Germany invested company founded in 2001, which is actively engaged in business development, sales and customer services of D brand medical equipment in the Greater China Region. With the pressure from headquarter and increasing intensive market, D wants to improve its competitiveness by innovation.First, from current situation of the organization, I introduce recent organization structure and process, pointing out the functional problems in marketing dept, sales dept, service dept and IT dept. Meantime, I also bring up bad results about logistic functions dispersed in all departments, which leads to the need of evolutions with theory and practice. Before formal execution of evolution, this thesis start from early preparation needed in evolution, introducing preparation which needed in mindset and business, so as to set up a concrete base for implementing the evolution smoothly. Through defining detailed meaning of organization evolution, it is clarified that organization evolution is from functional management to process management, so as to carry out two key elements-customer orientation and process centralization, finally improve the whole efficiency of enterprise operation. Evolution started from strengthening IT, including expanding function of IT department, improving ERP system. Then, enhance the function of marketing department, besides exhibition, quotation, sales forecast, product line management-market segmentation/ price control/etc are added. As for logistic function, since it is very important in the company, we separate its function from sales, marketing, service department, and we regulate order process, demo machine management and so on. Mean while, integrated logistic process is designed, so as to improve efficiency, deduct cost. During the implementation of evolution, relevant supportive measures are brought up to make evolution feasible, including dealer product pre-check, select of logistic company, salary system adjustment afterward. In succession, in terms of cost, quality, working efficiency, customer satisfaction from inside and outside, performance evaluation is done after evolution, and evaluation result really show great benefit from evolution. At the same time, since evolution is a long-term and complicated program, during this period, we undeniably meet many obstacles, and after analysis of these obstacles, relevant solutions are brought up.Since contents of this thesis is from a real company, I really hope to provide a complete solution for Company-D's organization evolution, and it can be used for current and future evolution execution, also for reference to other manufacturing enterprises organization evolution.
