In engineering construction, schedule parameters are often certain.But actually, Working procedure duration has to be random because of some uncertain factors such as politic,enomic, meteorological, hydrogeologic,construction schedule,resource supply and construction condition.As a result, schedule risk comes into being when construction schedule cannot reconcile with old schedule.Based on the choosen subject,this paper will introduce schedule risk theoris of identification, estimation, assessment and decision. Schedule risk can be scientifically identified by calculating schedule parameters of network palnning technique; PERT method can make schedule risk estimation more scientific in engineering case because it have on schedule parameters as uncetainty; Comprehensive Scoring Method is a method which can be applied to assess schedule risk,and is easily induced in engineering construction;schedule risk decision mostly adopt the method of schedule-cost harmony.After analysis of schedule risk theoris,the paper discusses countermeasure plan of schedule risk,and in detail analyses risk aversion,passing risk, remittence of risk, remaining risk and using risk according to schedule risk characteristic of itself.At last, harvest of countermeasure of schedule risk comes into being.The research is applied in sewage treatment plant peromid I of HeZuo in Chengdu city,and much benefits have been produced by it.It is obvious that the research can be use for reference of other engineering construction.
