Study On The Technological Innovation Mechanism Of Enterprises Of Shandong Province

As the knowledge-based economy is coming, the technology innovation has already been an important way for an enterprise to grow the core competition ability, realize the profit and join in the international competition. Sound technology innovation mechanism is indispensable to the development of technology improvement and economic prosperous. In this sense, it is necessary for Shandong to attach great importance to the building of technology innovation mechanism with the purpose of realizing modernization and thus building a strong Shandong.This thesis expounds on the basic theory of technology innovation, analyzes the existing state of the technology innovation work of Shandong province, sums up the achievement achieved and points out the problems existed in the technical innovation work. Judging from the overall situation of the province, the problem mainly lies in long-time neglecting of the importance of technology innovation, insufficient input and weak independent innovation ability of enterprises. This situation has severely restricted the development of the province. As traditional growth pattern, which relies on the quantity and low-quality, has been unable to meet the demands of economic development, we can only follow the path of promoting economic development through technology innovation.The thesis points out the ways to strengthen and accelerate the establishment of technology innovation mechanism. As Shandong is a traditional industrious province with high-tech industry and big enterprises all account for a small proportion, this thesis raises the point that we should put industrial restructuring and improve enterprises' economic strength in the priority while taking full account of its own characteristics. To further explain this point, the thesis mainly expounds on three aspects which includes industry structure adjustment, regional distribution adjustment and enterprise restructuring. To solve the problem of insufficient input, the thesis suggests the initiatives of the whole society should be brought out, and a diversified investment pattern with government investment taking the lead, enterprise investment as the main body, risk investment, bank loan and listed financing coexist, should be formed. The thesis also expounds in detail about taking the combination of government, industry, study, research, and finance as the main method of enterprise technological innovation, establishing talent building and introduction mechanism, and strengthening the guidance and research of intellectual property protection through government.
