Analysis Of IPRs Protection Impacts On Export Trade In China

With the globalization of economy and rapid development of science and technology, intellectual property rights (IPRs) protections has been a hotspot in the international trade. However, considering the theoretical achievement and the research development, most of the experts put the emphases on the research of the law of IPRs itself rather on the economic analysis. There is too little systematic study on the impact of IPRs protection on export trade in our country. Thus, the economic study on the impact of IPRs protection on export trade is of great practical and theoretical significance for guiding the related policies and systems.By using normative and demonstrative, qualitative and quantitative, dynamic and comparative approaches, this thesis is to bring together the relative theories such as the western economics, open economics and statistics, analyze the impact of IPRs protections on export trade in our country.In empirical research, this thesis set up a series of statistic indexes according to regression model, and practising a regression analysis on the basis of timeseries data of our country. The result of the regression shows the active impact of IPRs protection.At last , we make a summarization of the experience gained in other countries while strengthening IPRs protection. Then we find out the exsiting problems of IPRs protection in our country, and put forward some suggetions on related policies at different aspects.
