In recent years,with the continuous development of the world economy and science and technology,the knowledge economy with high technology as the core gradually occupies the mainstream of the world economic development.In such a background of economic development,intellectual property rights have become the core competitiveness of most countries in the world for the initiative in the world market.As far as China is concerned,in the past several decades,the establishment of intellectual property protection system has restricted the development of China's foreign trade to some extent.However,with the deepening of reform and opening up,on the one hand,China's economic development has entered a new stage,on the other hand,our intellectual property protection system has also been further improved,at the same time,the country has been foreign.Trade development has also entered a new stage,especially in 2012,China surpassed the United States for the first time to become the world's largest trading country.In spite of this,the pressure that our country faces in the international trade has never been reduced,because the trade dispute caused by the intellectual property problem has caused the huge loss to our country,which is obviously unfavorable to the development of our country's economy and trade.Premier Li Keqiang pointed out in his 2018 government work report that China is now implementing an innovation-driven economic development strategy,and the results of innovation-driven economic development are remarkable.The whole society's R & D investment is growing at an annual rate of about 11 percent.The new motive force of independent innovation has been changing our economy step by step The pattern of the exhibition.As we all know,since the establishment of the intellectual property protection system,there has been a close relationship between intellectual property rights and independent innovation.On this basis,it is necessary to the main problem to be discussed in this paper.Based on 2001-2015 panel data,with LALL(2002)the commodity classification criterion based on the technology,combined with GB2002 classification standard of the national economy to our country's export products according to the technical level of divided into the low technology-intensive,medium high technology intensive and technology intensive,static and dynamic panel of three kinds of export industries of comparative analysis,the results showed that: both use static panel analysis method and dynamic panel analysis method,whether or not to join the control variables are three different types of industry level change of reaction degree of protection for intellectual property rights are obviously different,with low technology intensive industries for the protection of intellectual property rights the weakest level changes of reaction degree,basic maintain at 0.4%;High technology intensive industries for intellectual property protection level of the strongest reaction degree and the basic remain at 0.8 to 0.9%.On other control variables,the foreign direct investment and the influence of r&d input to trade export scale mostly showed a significant role in promoting,but for different levels of technology export industry showed the results there are still differences,export scale for high technology intensive industries are relatively stronger promoting effect is obvious.The same although the workforce for trade exports also showed positive role,but in different industries to promote strength is different,from the empirical results can be found in the workforce for low technology-intensive industry's biggest influence,to minimum the influence of high technology intensive industries,especially when using a dynamic panel regression of the more obvious regularity;As for the economic development level of this explanation variable for any industry expanding export scale is a significant boost.Summarize the conclusion we can conclude a result,the intellectual property protection level of our country export the promoting effect of different technology industry is not the same,there is significant difference,and improve the level of protection of intellectual property rights in China based on the results of this can be more to promote the export of high technology intensive industries,so that our country's export trade structure along with the improvement of the protection of intellectual property rights,can gradually to technology and knowledge intensive as the leading factor,the improvement of the protection of intellectual property rights can promote transformation and upgrading of China's export trade structure,promote our country gradually from trading power to
