Exploration Of The Status Of The Income Distribution In China

Distribution, in the development of any society is both inevitable problem, but also attaches great importance to all social problems.In real life, distribution of various social strata is most concerned with the immediate interests, but also the focus of attention of the members of society.It highlights the basic economic characteristics of each society. It can be said that the distribution is not only a barometer of socio-economic activities, but also an inherent stability of economic and social life, to a large extent influences and restricts the social and economic development. Rational distribution will stimulate economic development and be a catalyst for economic growth; on the contrary, will hamper or even destroy the orderly development of society.Social distribution, including two levels of the overall distribution of the national economy and personal income distribution, the distribution of the two levels interrelate with and impact on the other. This paper discusses the gap problem of personal income distribution.Fair distribution is an eternal theme of human social life. In China, the issue of equitable distribution is in the same way a major theme throughout the development of the history of our society ,with the establishment of the China's's reform and opening up under the socialist market economic structure,has long followed the traditional theory and manner of the distribution and has great changes, and the implementation of "distribution according to work as the main and variety of modes of distribution coexist," and "distribution according to work by combining factors of production" and "giving priority to efficiency with due consideration to fairness" principle. This change greatly mobilizes the enthusiasm of all sides, and promotes the development of productive forces, enhances the comprehensive national strength and has greatly improved the people's standard of living, but it is undeniable that, at this stage, the income of residents in China there is a considerable gap and continuously widening, so we are now in light of China's actual income distribution, efficiency and fairness to both, pay more attention to fairness. How should we approach the residents to adjust income distribution, reform, fairness and efficiency to maximize the realization of China's overall reform is to promote further deepening and perfecting the socialist market economic system an important part of the present ,we must also conduct in-depth thinking and research on major issues.
