In order to study of income inequality in China, also puts forward several Suggestions on narrowing the income gap, for guiding the adjustment of the income distribution relations and the construction of a harmonious society has important significance.This paper first analyzes the related theory of income distribution, respectively, from the classical economics theory of income distribution, income distribution theory of new classical economics, Marx’s theory of income distribution, income distribution theory of welfare economics, and rawls’s theory of income distribution, the research of these theories lay the foundation for this article analyzes the income distribution gap between. Secondly, this article analyzed from the aspects of different residents’income gap at the present stage in China the status quo, respectively from the residents accounted for the proportion of national income, urban and rural, regional, industry, enterprise internal between income gap, and the income gap is not standard and so on.. Thirdly, to analyze the reasons from the residents’income gap has widened, this article mainly from the widening income gap is reasonable and unreasonable factors two aspects of analysis, reasonable factors including resource endowment characteristics, economic system transition, the phases of development, etc; Unreasonable factors including initial inequality in resources, industry or sector monopoly, imperfect systems and mechanisms, policy measures are not perfect, etc.Then this paper analyzes the income gap analysis on the influence of the social and economic development, mainly from two aspects, on the one hand, the income gap plays an active role in social economy, on the other hand, the excessive income gap have negative effect on social economy. Again according to the income distribution reform measures of western developed countries, and reform measures of the developed countries to the enlightenment brought by the reform of income distribution in our country, the main implications of tax adjustment, the perfection of social security, compulsory education attaches great importance to the fair, flexible employment policy and the efficiency of the distribution of income and so on. Finally, based on the present situation and reasons of the income gap in China, the income distribution reform to our country and developed countries, this paper puts forward relevant policy Suggestions from six aspects. Mainly from the increase price of residents accounted for the proportion of national income, increase residents income, eliminate the urban-rural dual structure, narrowing the income gap between industries, improve the social security system, narrowing the regional income gap and so on six aspects.
