| China's power construction is facing unprecedented development, and as the leading trade of power construction, designing, is facing more and more competitive market. Improving designing quality becomes the important task of power design enterprises. It is the main method to improve designing quality to set up and perfect the quality management system which is suitable for the power design enterprise.Most power design enterprises have set up the management system according to the ISO9001 standard at present, and passed ISO authentication. But authenticated is not means the enterprise has set up a steady and perfect quality management to constantly improve designing quality. This thesis takes HD power design institute as an example to introduce quality, quality management and ISO management system and analyse the product and service quality characteristic and quality management system in HD design institute. And this thesis carries out a questionnaire investigation inside HD power design institute in order to learn the implement of the ISO9001 standard system in the enterprises. From this questionnaire, the paper investigates and analyzes the factor of affecting the design quality, the staff's agreement to the ISO9001 system, and the implement and problems in this system. In end it put forward the principle and the detail measures of perfecting the power design enterprise's quality management system implemented in HD power design instituteThe quality management system is a skeleton of enterprise's products quality management. It is undoubted that the content can not be well without a good skeleton. This thesis's research wishes to perfect and improve the quality management system of HD power design institute according to the enterprise's own characteristics and the problems presenting in implement, so that improve the design quality of the enterprise, and raise HD power design institute's competitiveness at last, and offer reference for other power design institutes at the same time. |
