Inventory which is to meet the needs of the future is the temporarily idle resources and have an important role to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand, preserve the continuity of production and better meet the market of uncertainty. With the success of supply chain management thinking and theory development, multi-level inventory control which break the situation of traditional separate controlling and solve the decision problem of inventory from the overall perspective become the focus of attention of the academic community generally.According to the investment of relevant date, in order to maintain supply chain inventory, the cost of inventory is twenty-forty percent of the cost of inventory items. Under the premise of meeting the customers service, how to achieve the goal in the dynamic optimization, reduce the inventory with best and improve the overall effectives of the supply chainThis paper focused on the multi level supply chain inventory costs as and study the multi-cycle inventory control under condition of meeting a certain level of market service and a random node, to obtain the optimal order quantity, safety inventory as well as re-order points inventory. Its main contents as follows:1. The basic of theory of multi level inventoryFirstly, introducing the role of inventory control as well as distinction and superiority between multi-level inventory and traditional inventory; then introducing multi-echelon inventory control theory and influencing factors, the supply chain inventory control features; finally, expounding the multi-level inventory logistics cost control, orders and service control strategies. As well as the multi-inventory control objectives.2. The two level inventory model control under random demanding(1). Analyzing the three factors of causing multi-inventory of uncertainty: the process of manufacture demanding, supply requirements process and customer demanding process, then introducing the corresponding inventory control strategy. (2) Introducing the feature of inventory model control: requirement is a random variable, random storage problem in order strategy and so on.(3) Establish the multi-echelon inventory control model under random demand Firstly, according to the second exponential smooth forecast, forecasting the demand on supply manufactures; Secondly, analyzing their storage costs, procurement costs ,shortage costs .finally, establish multi-echelon inventory cost model under meeting the certain service level.3. Multi-level inventory control model under random requirement(1) Expounding the two strategies of multi-level inventory control: center control strategy and no center control strategy .After comparing two strategies, paper focus on the total cost of inventory and uses no center control strategy.(2) Building multi-level inventory cost model. Firstly, paper uses queuing theory and random mathematical knowledge to make sure the random lead-times of the system nodes; secondly, calculate storage costs, procurement costs, shortage costs and transport cost of system; Finally, establish a blinding multi-level inventory model under meeting the certain service level and then gives a optimization strategy.4. Multi-level security inventory control under random requirementFirstly, introduce factors affecting security inventory, define the service level. Finally use matlab to make simulation analysis about inventory service level and order lead-times respectively and draw the corresponding control strategy.5. Multi-level inventory example simulationMake group Y supply chain as background, make sure that papers multi-level inventory control method is applied its inventory control strategy finally, and use matlab optimization strategy to obtain optimization control strategy.6. Summary and Prospect.Summarize the conclusion of the investigation and give some conceived plans.
