Entering 21st century ,the globalization of the automotive industry has been more and more obvious, and the process of economic globalization has been accelerated. The automotive industry as one of the leading and representative globalization industries, has confronted the over production capabilities and extremely severe competition of multinational automotive corporations. The severe competition has fostered the globalization of automotive industry .The MNCs has rich capitals,large production scales, advanced scientific technologies, worldwide network, globalization strategy and modern management methods. MNCs has kept its advanced position on technology by large quantity of R&D investment ,meanwhile strengthened its management to realize the innovation of managerial models and the uplifting of managerial efficiency; MNCs has always the competition advantages through advanced technology and scientific management ;MNCs has also invested to establish plants at the market destination ( country and region ),buy the stocks of the local enterprises and cooperate to manufacture and ect, and close to and broaden market share, and strengthen the monopolizing position .The general trend of international automotive industry is the monopolization of large enterprises and large groups, and direct the way of development .Thus, how to effect the international entrepreneurship becomes an important issue confronted by automotive industry .We need to consider many aspects in the process of international entrepreneurship of automotive industry .With the world market being the same, it is also diversified ,different ,characterized by different policies ,consumer preferences ,marketing channel and so on We need to make better choices in using advanced technology , finding new market , improve the ideology of production and marketing ,and make a solid foundation for the international entrepreneurship. This paper is divided into six chapters:The 1st chapter is introduction .We introduced the research background and meaning ,defined the research field ,decide the content of this paper and the structure and the research method.The 2nd chapter is relevant theoretical summary .We mainly summarized the concepts of entrepreneurship ,international entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship orientation , and respectively introduced the relevant developing situation and achievements which provided the proof for the following chapters.The 3rd chapter is current development conditions of automotive enterprises home and abroad. We gave a few examples of foreign auto enterprises'production hone and abroad ,R&D and managerial operation which is a fully representation of international entrepreneurship strategy and the detailed measures. Meanwhile we provide 3 Chinese auto enterprises'achievements, and we concluded the weakness on lack of technology innovation and .profit earning ability ,the small scales of general auto enterprises in China and the lack of experience on international mergers and acquisitions.The 4th chapter is the body of this paper. We analyzed the impacts of the four dimension of EO-innovativeness, risk-taking , proactiveness and competitive aggression on IE of auto enterprises. As the perspective of innovativeness, we take the Futian Auto for example .As for risk-taking , the auto industry itself is risk-taking because of low cost Vs high quality to get good performance. So, it is especially important to know the impact of risk-taking on auto industry. We explained it through GE which established specified institution to avoid risk and decide the influential factors. As for proactiveness, Volkswagen Group has obtained great success in China since it first entered into China in last century. Though the four dimension and their relevant cases, we can fully understand the significant role of the dimensions of EO on IE.The 5th chapter is the experimental analysis of this paper .We selected carefully two auto enterprises-Cherry Corp. and GE Corp. .We gave a brief introduction of these two corporations, their IE process and the strategic adjustment according to EO and IE and gave very detailed analysis. These two corporations are very representative because they have implemented IE under different economic and technological background and can reflect the problems of different enterprises confronting the current situations.The 6th chapter is the put forward the enterprise innovation,the moderation take a risk to guard against,proactiveness and competitive aggression, problem put forward the our country automobile business enterprise and should notice in the nations start a business the process also put forward the counterplan and suggestion.The 7th chapter is the conclusion. We systematically researched on IE and EO of auto enterprises from theory and experiment. We expatiated and proved the impacts of innovativeness, risk-taking ,proactiveness and competitive aggressiveness on auto enterprises'IE and analyzed in details. This chapter includes the conclusion, limitation and future direction of this paper. At last, we gave the suggestions for IE of Chinese auto enterprises combining the relevant experimental and theoretical analysis.The globalization trend of auto industry has significantly influenced auto industry home and abroad. How to change in time the operation policies and adjust the strategies to strengthen competitive advantage , how to face the subsequent worldwide integration of market which bring the similar products home and abroad a strong strike , are both issues worthy of being considered and researched carefully. Entering WTO has brought Chinese auto industry both opportunities and challenges .How to graze opportunities and face challenges is a realistic problem for Chinese auto industry .We offered some suggestions for IE of Chinese auto industry through comprehensive analysis on IE of auto industry . The achievement of this paper mainly focused on the deep ,comprehensive and systematical research based on EO'impact on IE process of auto industry. On one hand, these achievement can benefit the relevant theories of EO and IE of auto industry ;on the other hand ,they will help the Chinese auto enterprises to make correct choices in IE strategy and choose the correct modes.
