Company Z is a private enterprise.It currently combines two systems for professional title evaluation: the socially organized professional evaluation and the professional evaluation organized within the company itself.Both forms cannot adapt well to specific conditions of this enterprise.Professional title ought to act as an effective incentive,but the lack of proper evaluation forms means that the employees' motivation,creativity and innovative spirit are restrained,thus the development of the enterprise will be restrained.To solve this problem,this article collects and collates various policies on professional title assessment at home and abroad and reviews the development and status of domestic and foreign professional title assessment.Then,a questionnaire is used to identify the specific problems existing in the professional title evaluation work of Z enterprise,in order to introduce the quantitative classification management model into the professional title evaluation system as a quantitative evaluation method.The quantitative professional title evaluation method divides the professional title assessment indicators into three major categories: comprehensive competence,job ability,and technical achievements(which is further divided into a few subcategories).The score assessment gives priority to the financial performance of the enterprise.It considers individual employee's contribution before their degrees,and assigns scores according to the employee's job contribution and assessments.The sum of various assessment scores is the professional score value.Then,according to the difficulty levels,different score intervals are created corresponding to different professional title levels.The scientific and technological personnel's professional title is then determined by the score.In order to make the operation of the professional title evaluation flexible and convenient,I designed a technical support operation system for of the process of evaluation.The human resources department only need to upload an employee's latest assessment results,and then the system will automatically update his or her professional title.This quantitative professional title assessment method has clear and specific standards for assessment.Its operation is flexible and convenient.Therefore,it can help maintain the stability of the scientific and technical personnel team.Moreover,the quantitative scoring method links the title score directly to individual employees' contributions to the enterprise.The greater the contribution,the greater the weight of the evaluation index and the higher the assessment score.The professional title can be raised or lowered according to the score,hence it will greatly stimulate the enthusiasm,creativity and innovative spirit of scientific and technological personnel.It will play an important role in the technological innovation of enterprises.Furthermore,it shows the future direction of professional title assessment.
