This paper first do some surveys about the status quo of the power supply enterprise projects human resource development and management .Inquire into the common problems and their root causes of the power supply enterprises in the project management and project development and management of human resources. Secondly, accordance with the common problems of the power supply enterprise projects for human resource development and management, and based on theoretical framework of human resource development and management, put forward solutions. Finally, combination the actual situation of Baotou Power Supply Bureau Baotou North 500 KV substation project, conducted a survey about the status quo of its human resource allocation and its project development and management of human resources, analyze the existing problems in its design and improvement programmer. In this paper, accordance with the existing problems in project management and human resources development in the present power supply enterprise, pose e corresponding solutions, with some reference value.
