The Application Of Integrated Management System In Project

ISO9000, ISO14000 and OHSAS18000 management system standards are introduced to China. As the engineering project is a temporary task, how to implement the management system in engineering project management, how to mere and operate a lot of management system standards is an important problem needed to be solved.This thesis studies how to set up, operate and appraising a merged management system of the engineering project.(1)After analyzing and researching the different characters of enterprises and projects, necessity of implementing merged management system in engineering project is proved.(2)Using the Expenses-Performance appraising method sets up a model and introduces its operation methods.(3) It analyses and verifies the methods expounded in this thesis by a concrete instance.
