| Because of the several defects of the firepower electricity generating enterprises,several guide lines are revised and supplemented through my amelioration andinnovation. Meanwhile, the method of AHP and DELPHI are used to calculate theweighting of each guide line in order to establish a new set of performance evaluationguide lines system. In addition, the method of empirical analysis is used to validate thevalidity of the system: the present value of firepower electricity generating enterprise'free cash flux in future is compared with the performance evaluating value afterstandardization, then, making use of the SPSS software to calculate their conformity soas to get the conclusion of non-denying assumption and to validate the validity of thesystem. |
