Our national economy is developed to sustainable development. Because the establish of electric power market, the power plants will be faced to competition, the power plants have turned to intensive economy from extensive economy. The power plants not only need to enhance the produce efficiency but also need to reduce the consumption. It's the problem which all the power plants need to be faced to. This paper is based on eight important energy consumption indexes of XiBaiPo Power Plant, comparing with other seven same-type sets of the south electric network of HeBei, then analyzing and evaluating the running efficiency of XiBaiPo Power Plant's four 300MW sets. Using association rule mining to optimizing the inefficiency indexes, and make the inefficiency indexes in the best running condition, so as to realize XiBaiPo Power Plant's energy saving and consumption reducing. Thereby, enhancing XiBaiPo Power Plant's competitive power, and make the power plant have the durative development.
