The Investment Evaluation And Case Studies Of Energy-saving Reform Project In Thermal Power Plant

Post-evaluation is a critical composition of project management, and necessary tool of project decision-making, which is especially important to improve decision-making practice and investment efficiency. As energy-saving project of power plant enterprises is special, its post-evaluation is also different from other projects. Independent evaluation system has not been formed yet in terms of electric energy-saving project. Traditional asset evaluation method, without increasing capacity, could not reflect real economic benefit of reform project. How to post evaluate investment efficiency is a still problem waiting for further analysis.This article refers to post investment evaluation of a typical energy-saving reform project of Zhongshan HM Power Plant, and depicts systematically post-evaluation method of investment efficiency and index construction method, so as to benefit afterward reform project post-evaluation of electric enterprises.
