Energy crisis and global energy use to bring ecological evolution, making energy efficiency as one of the world’s three major social issues of common concern to all countries, directly affecting the sustainable development of human society. Global energy use is basically based on non-renewable energy, energy use is mainly dominated by coal in China, due to various factors, making use of our coal resources with consumption, low efficiency, high emissions of waste, waste utilization low pollution characteristics, with the accelerated process of industrialization, Chinese energy bottleneck resource constraints have come earlier.Thermal power plants Consume a lot of resources, carry out energy management vigorously is useful for enterprise enhance the efficiency, reduce the cost and improve the efficiency, and it is the establishment of national needs of the society and the protection of the ecological environment of resource conservation. In this paper, the author conducted a comprehensive evaluation studies for thermal power plants energy management, analyzes the current situation of energy management of thermal power plant. The author conducted AHP for saving the organization and management systems of thermal power plants, internal staff management, coal management, equipment maintenance management, operation and management indicators in five areas, discussed the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, the establishment of energy management evaluation system thermal power plants and comprehensive evaluation model, the effect of the thermal power plant energy management practices were a multi-level, comprehensive assessment. With the standard model, Changzhou plant specific energy management levels were exploratory evaluation. With the status of the Delphi method to evaluate energy management for Changzhou plant data acquisition, G level of energy management in Changzhou plant is currently84.03, energy management level of the company in the mid to upper levels of recognition, there is further room for improvement.The evaluation method is simple, not only it can evaluate the overall level of energy management of the power plant accurately in Changzhou, but also it can discover the merits of each of the indicators for thermal power plants, it is meaningful to improve energy management measures for Thermal power plants in the industry.
