With the development and reinforcement of the global economic integration and transnational operation, interdependences between China and the other countries in the world have become higher than before. Especially when we join in the WTO, endless opportunities and huge challenges for our enterprises are coexisted. Whilst the domestic enterprises develop toward outside for the overseas market, many multinational companies are waiting or ongoing to obtain more market sections and shares in China. Transnational operation of the multinational companies is more often than not conducted with the vehicle of project. During the period of operating the multinational projects, the organizational structure, technology and method, decision fashion, control program are basically the same type, but the background of culture of the stuffs are the dissimilar, which makes the culture discrepancy to be an important factor that affects the management effects and create some troubles to the management. In this situation, understanding the different culture from different countries becomes precondition for enterprises to implement the international project team management. Therefore, analyzing the problems and difficulties confronting the international project team, rightly treating the culture discrepancies, understanding the culture value and behavior orientation, and coordinating. and melting the dissimilarities of the economic and culture differences between Chinese companies and other countries' will provide huge help for the implementation of international project. This also is a hotspot that both the international enterprises and academic circles pay their fervent attention to nowadays.Based on the forerunner researchers' findings, this thesis investigates the cross-culture conflicts and solutions existing in the international project teams. Taking the international development of the project team as the background, and taking the cross-culture management as the guide, this paper evolves particular argumentation on how to build conformity system of project management culture. That helps to eliminate and/or make use of the culture conflicts. The article brings forward the question, analyze it, and then makes a summary of the enterprise culture and multi-culture management inside and outside the enterprises. After that, this paper discusses the dialectic relationships between the culture and project management. Some related theories of the culture discrepancy, the behavior and reason of the cross-culture conflict are introduced. In the end of this research, some problem solving methods for the culture conflicts are proposed, concrete measures are developed and a relatively sound whole problem solution program is established. Through the massive study and theoretical exploration, this paper analyzes and induces the contents of the project management and culture conflict management, finding that the culture conflict within the international project team is unavoidable. The project management must correctly understand the causes of conflicts and their appereances so that they can change passiveness into initiativeness and use the conflict positively. Meanwhile, in accordance with the project team's actual characteristics, the management may establish the innovative, comformable culture management pattern in order to consolidate and strengthen their competition status and guarantee the final fullfilment of the project goal.
