The Study On Supplier Behavior Management Of Manufacture Enterprise Based On Supply Chain

As the market competition is becoming fiercer, supplier play a more important part in manufacturing enterprises' supply chain. Supplier behavior management of manufacturing enterprises based on supply chain theory is an important section of supply chain management. As manufacturing industry becomes stronger, it is urgent to solve the problem on how to develop the relationship with supplier and how to improve the management ability.This dissertation researched supplier management from the view of behavior management. First the paper analyzed the possibility of the conjointion between bahavior management and supplier management from the theory of bahavior management. The paper established the system of supplier bahavior management, which was the foundation of analysing it. And then the paper analyzed the cause of supplier behavior, developed the classify of supplier using the method of clustering from statistic which made the quantity of supplier come to truth. The paper also set up perfect supplier index evalution system and analyzed the characteristic of them which were the foundation of game theory analysis. As to the stability of supplier behavior management was proposed with game theory. Based on static game, dynamic game and evolution game, the method of the stability of supplier behavior management was presented. A mechanism to ensure the stability of supplier behavior management was studied from the equilibrium of game theory. At last the paper researched the continual improvement of supplier behavior, analyzed the content of supplier behavior management and the ability of management them, and give some improvement mechanism.The greatest contribution of this paper was that it analyzed supplier behavior management in a view of system, using many theory such as game theory, and have a total analysis with the exist, stable, improvement of supplier behavior.
