H-tech represents the direction of future technology and industry, and is the top of international economy and technology competition. Modern world is undergoing the significant influence of technology on economic and social development. However, high technology influences social economy through its utility diffusion. Based on this, this essay mainly researches the utility diffusion of high- technology enterprises.H-tech not only has influences on the development of social and economic development itself, but more importantly, it has significant influences on the economy and society through its utility diffusion. First of all summed up the basic characteristics of high-tech diffusion, this essay defines the contents of the utility diffusion of high-technology enterprises. Furthermore, it analyzes the four channels of the utility diffusion of high-technology enterprises---- industry correlation, market competition, personnel transference and market trade. Besides, it summarize the two modes of the utility diffusion of high-technology enterprises—the diffusion pattern under the support of the government and the diffusion pattern without the support of the government. And it points out the four mechanisms of the utility diffusion of high-technology enterprise.s----the ability mechanism of the utility diffusion of high-technology enterprises, the accepting mechanism of the receiver, the restraining mechanism of the passage and motivation (motivation cause) mechanism.To evaluate the contributions of high-technology industry to economic increase, this essay classifies the whole economy into high-technology industry branches and non-high-technology industry branches based on the suppose of Feder Model and establishes the evaluating model of the contributions of high-technology industry on economic increase. To testify the model, this essay uses the data collected in Beijing and the SPSS16.0 to the conclusion that the H-tech industry in Beijing contributes notability to the economic increase and that it conforms to the government policy to highly develop the high-technology industry. This essay has a certain directing significance in Beijing high-technology industry development.
