Study On The Mechanism And Model Of The Growth Of High-tech Enterprises Based On Technology Core Competence

In recent years, owing to their significant effects on promoting national economic growth, high-tech enterprises attract more and more researchers' attention from all over the world. In spite of the great number of studies and theoretical propositions in this field, most of them are a static qualitative description of the influence factors,mechanism and pattern of high-tech enterprises growth. It is beginning that core competence theory is used to study them dynamically and quantitatively. Because technology core competence is the embodiment of core competence of high-tech enterprises, this paper does a tentative research work on the growth of high-tech enterprises from technology core competence.Combing the enterprises growth theories provides a theoretical basis and research thought for the paper to study high-tech enterprises growth from technology core competence. By looking back through the documents of technology core competence, the paper puts forward a new definition of technology core competence, analyzes its knowledge essence and inscape, and studies its formation and evolution mechanism.Based on the source of heterogeneity of enterprises growth, the paper analyzes the relationship between technology core competence and heterogeneity of high-tech enterprises growth, and considers technology core competence is the source of heterogeneity of high-tech enterprises growth. The paper discusses the immanence mechanism between technology core competence and high-tech enterprises growth from the theory.By SEM, SPSS15.0 and Matlab7.6 software, the paper also demonstrates the immanence mechanism between technology core competence and high-tech enterprises growth. The research results show technology core competence impacts the growth of high-tech enterprises positively and directly, so are the inscapes of technology core competence but indirectly by technology core competence. Through the analysis of the current typical patterns of high-tech enterprises growth, based on the growth dimensions their relationship of high-tech enterprises growth, the paper constructs a three-dimention pattern of high-tech enterprises growth from technology core competence. At last, the paper discusses its realization mechanism.The paper does some tentative work of theoretical innovation as follows: Firstly, the paper explores the source of the high-tech enterprises growth from the heterogeneity, and considers that technology core competence is its heterogeneity factor, which provides a new perspective on studying the growth of high-tech enterprises.Secondly, the paper exposes the mechanism of technology core competence effecting on the growth of high-tech enterprises from the formation and development course of technology core competence, and demonstrates that technology core competence has significant and positive effect on high-tech enterprises, which initiates another approach to study the growth of high-tech enterprises innovatively. Finally, the paper constructs a three-dimension pattern of high-tech enterprises growth from technology core competence, which breaks through the static description of the growth pattern of high-tech enterprises at present, and provides a new vision of dynamic study on the pattern and a guide to action on the practice of high-tech enterprises growth.
