With the advancement of science and technology in electronic communications, Internet and other means of communication emerging, as well as the development of modern logistics, Post is confronting with unprecedented challenges. As to conquer challenges, some actions must be taken as restructuring strategy, exploring e-business, implementing business resource.This paper aims to Post e-commerce marketing effective, integrated postal internal and external resources to develop e-commerce based on the postal network platform to provide the direct-marketing information, e-commerce platform based on the Post's database direct marketing duplex mode and applications, Post will fill the gaps in the new marketing model for the development of e-business postal useful theoretical exploration, with theoretical and practical significance.Based on the market and the customer for the central guidance theory, we must firmly grasp the interactive platform "diversified channels and customer databases," first scroll merchant second line customer this"the ox muzzle", and firmly around the business and customer-based Blue Ocean thinking of the competition strategy. So Hunan Post E-business Bureau should provide integrated e-business resource platform, which also can be shared, with"diversifying channels + customer databases". Therefore, the notion of "sharing Post- resources, creating innovation value"is established in the public and businesses, which highlight the value creation from the interaction between customer and channels. We also construct unique business mode, the characteristic of this mode is B to C market platform - Interactive supermarkets, what we have implemented led incremental development of Postal Direct Mail, courier, parcels, payment, harvest extension and expansion of industry chain.This paper analyses the Hunan Post market and industry status quo, as reference to the development of Direct Marketing in domestic and abroad, through analysis of the environment inside and outside, and propose that Direct-marketing model based on the Post e-business business and the implementation of security system. In the end,the paper made recommendations and forecasts to the implementation Direct marketing in Hunan Post E-business Bureau.
