During the past over thirty years, China is acting as an active participant to join the process of economic globalization by taking the opening-up policy. Its economy is becoming from closed to open and the breadth and depth are gradually expanded and integrated into the international division of labor system. Under the background of economic globalization, most Chinese enterprises are aware of the key point of the competitiveness should be focused on the nurturing and the development of the enterprise’s employees. Based on this premise, the learning organization is generated and developed. It is responsive to the needs of modern economic and social development, which emphasizes from the start to improve the quality of individual employees, encourages them to learn continually, to innovate internal learning system so that the whole competitiveness of the enterprise can be improved. The important role of learning organization is valued by more and more enterprises, and also plays a positive role in many fields, such as employees nurturing, learning ability enhancing and values advocating, etc.This thesis illustrates the TL group as the example by consulting numerous relative foreign and domestic documents, theories and practical experience of TL group. It also tries to analyze the status of building the learning organization of TL group, the problems during the building process and the links and measures of building learning organization, and strive for supply TL group the theoretical foundation and practical guide the process of building learning organization. For the TL group, the future success of the organization model, learning organization still has a long way to go, we cannot gulp in its development, expand of the process, copy nor a mere formality as only a temporary relief, but to build their own learning organization according to the actual situation and the level of their development gradually, also learn from foreign advanced theory and practical experience at the same time, try to form their own new ideas and methods.
