From 1999 to now, Wuhan catering industry has maintained an annual growth rate of more than 20 per cent, the total retail sales in the community in which the proportion of the increased year by year, is higher than the same period in the catering industry growth level. In recent years, Good Century Hotel, Hubei 3 and 5 Alcohol Hotel, Prince Edward Kang Lung Liquor Xuan, Sunny Sky, Hu Jin, and Meng Tian Hu~the new name has arrised. Wuhan has been catering for years with the domestic top 10. Indeed, Wuhan is the largest city restaurants, showing a "great scale of the aircraft carrier, deluxe decorating, chain operating" of the good development trend. However, there are so many issues in catering industry, such as lack of characteristics, slow to update on new dsishes and clean problems hampering the development of Wuhan social catering.CIS adapt to economic globalization as strategic and high-speed information of the product, has a very great significance. According to the International Design Association statistics, in the corporate image to invest one dollar, you can output 227 U.S. dollars, or input-output ratio of 1:227. This shows that the rate of return on corporate image design investment is very high. Corporate image is a new factor of production, and some entrepreneurs and scholars tie image, financial, and material production of three elements together to form human, financial, goods, images of the four elements. It is also intended to emphasize the importance of image. That's to say, importing CIS is a powerful tool for the corporate image. Therefore, the import of CIS in Wuhan City restaurant is conducive to the establishment of the image and the development of Wuhan social catering.Based on this, the paper catering to explore the concept> characteristic and classification of social ctering and CIS for the theoretical foundation, establishes a social dining CIS system, by comparing Wuhan three typical social catering entities, to identify existing problems. In light of these problems, it gives a set of recommendations to promote healthy Wuhan social development, and builds Wuhan dinnering brand. All the paper is classified to six parts, and its main contents are:Chapter1 Introduction. This chapter introduces topics on the domestic and international status, reasarch significance, research context and the way of writing this paper.Chapter2 The basic theory of CIS. This chapter discusses the definition, classification, characteristics and operating mechanism of CIS.Chapter3 The establishment of CIS system about social catering and the confirmation of its weight. This chapter has built the system and confirmed the weight though AHP, based on great significance and principles.Chapter4 The emphasis on Wuhan social entities about carring on CIS. This chapter analisied three social catering entities of Wuhan City with processing CIS, with the comparison on weight of the constructed system, offer the achievements and shortcomings.Chapter5 The application solutions of Wuhan social dining CIS. According to the conclusions of the previous chapter, this chapter from MIS,BIS,VIS and the support systems——four aspects of the social catering CIS , give the measures in order to better promote social catering industry in Wuhan.Chapter6 Conclusions and exploration. The article focuses on the research achivements and the main issues to be discussed, making the CIS continue research and development.
