Researchers have indicated that corporations, which can adjust their strategies for the turbulent environment, should be the most successful firms in the future. When firms are seeking for the adjustable capability, they may look for the concept– a learning organization, which is brought by Peter Senge(1990). In a learning organization, workers are not the traditional employees anymore. They can learn things continuously, seek to get beyond themselves, and cooperate with others to create organizational effectiveness.In a learning organization, workers should work with others tightly and they will learn from each other. Thus, the diversity workforce may become one of the sources, which may promote a learning organization. On the other hand, teams are regarded as the basis of a learning organization. However, team diversity may not always enhance team performance as previous research suggested. Thus, it is interesting to investigate to what extent team diversity may influence a firm to become a learning organization.From the point of learning organization,this study is based on the workers diversity. This article first introduced the meaning of team diversity, team conflict and team cooperated-learning, then discuss the impact of team diversity and conflict to team cooperated-learning, team conflict mediated the relationship between team diversity and cooperated-learning. the final effect of the use of multi-level team of the impact.Date were collected from 800 workers in 16 companies, the effective recovery of respondents in the survey a total of 541, in 53 teams.The results showed that: the diversity of team members and team conflicts will directly affect the team learning and knowledge sharing, team diversity and conflict will promote team cooperated-learning, team process conflict would hinder the sharing of knowledge, Task conflict mediated the relationship between education, Tenure ,values diversity and cooperated-learning. In addition, through multi-linear analysis of the development team found that stage of learning and knowledge-sharing team have different results.
