Study On The Situation And Countermeasure Of Campus Football Activities In The Soccer Characteristic Schools Of Junior Middle Schools In Xinyang City

Since the publication of the first batch of national youth campus football characteristic schools in 2015,schools with campus football characteristics have blossomed all over the country,forming a prairie fire of sparks.However,there are still big differences in the specific practice of campus football in different regions.After nearly six years of development in Xinyang City,which is located in southern Henan Province,the development of football characteristic schools in junior high schools is relatively stable.The number of football characteristic schools in youth campuses in China has increased year by year,reaching 20.At present,the national youth campus football pilot county(district)and the national youth campus football "all over the sky star" training camp have not been established.What is the current situation of school football in junior high school education in Xinyang City football characteristic school? What problems still exist? How to further promote the development of campus football so as to promote the better growth of junior high school students? This is the problem that needs to be studied.This research mainly from the four aspects of organization and leadership,condition guarantee,education and teaching,training and competition,the investigation of 20 national youth campus football characteristic schools in Xinyang middle school.The results show that :(1)In terms of organization and leadership,90 percent of schools have set up campus football leadership group,40 percent of schools have a clear plan for the development of campus football;(2)In terms of condition guarantee,the overall age and educational background of football teachers are well distributed,which has a great room for improvement.65% of the school's field equipment can basically meet the needs of students,and the students' safety insurance is well implemented.(3)In terms of education and teaching,more than90% of the students have good PE classes every week,30% of the schools can guarantee one football class every week,and 80% of the students like football classes and football teachers;(4)In terms of training and competition,the school set up a football club,the "Mayor's Cup" was held as scheduled every year,and the school football team kept training every week.In the study,we found that there are the following problems in the development of football activities in the campus of football characteristic schools in Xinyang: First,the division of labor of the leading group is not meticulous,and the system is insufficient;Second,the number of football teachers is insufficient and the salary is poor.Third,the lack of football facilities and equipment,insufficient funds for activities;Fourth,the football class is insufficient,and there is a tendency to examination-oriented;Fifthly,it is difficult to guarantee extra-curricular training,and the form and number of football matches are insufficient.The main reasons for these problems are as follows: First,the organization and leadership system and management institutions of campus football are not perfect;Second,physical education teachers lack of training,lack of reasonable reward mechanism;Third,the high school entrance examination of cultural course learning pressure,students participate in football activities less time;Fourth,the lack of characteristics of football courses,it is difficult to arouse students' interest in learning;Fifthly,the football special students' admission system is not perfect,which cannot guarantee the effective and normal competition and training.Finally,this study puts forward the following countermeasures to improve the campus football activities of Xinyang City football characteristic schools :(1)improve the organization and leadership of campus football,strengthen the supervision mechanism of campus football activities.(2)Improve the conditions for the development of campus football,improve the team of football teachers,and solve the problem of insufficient funds.(3)Deepen the education and teaching reform of campus football,break the traditional physical education teaching mode,and stimulate students' interest in football.(4)Develop flexible and diversified training and competitions,and set up diversified competitions and venues.This research on the investigation and analysis of the development of junior high school football characteristic schools in Xinyang City,aiming to lead the development of school football characteristic schools,driving the vigorous development and improvement of campus football and even the overall football level in Xinyang City,and finally make due contributions to the improvement of the education quality and level of junior high schools in Xinyang City.
