| Along with information technology development, competition environment change rapiddly as well as economical globalization, one kind of new logistics model--the Fourth Party Logistics(4PL) appeared. 4PL is a logistics management concept for designing, co-coordinating and controlling AGILE supply chains and service networks. Therefore, a single and neutral 4PL service provider offers service modules byintegrating specialized service companies.The enterprise operational strategy speaking of the goal and the function may divide into the developmental strategy and the competition strategy. Enterprise's developmental strategy most pays attention to the enterprise development and the cultivation of core ability. The goal of enterprise competition strategy was cultivates the long-term competitive advantage of enterprise. Enterprise's developmental strategy and the competition strategy are mutually relate. The development is the final goal, the competition is road of the development. The development and the competition finally home to enterprise's core competitive ability.This paper has firstly studied the basic concept and the characteristic of the 4PL. and promulgated the essence of the 4PL. And then analysis the operational strategy model of the 4PL enterprise. And advanced the level structural model of enterprise operational strategy model, which guidance is the core competitive ability. Then applies these research to the 4PL enterprise, formed a quite complete operational strategy model of the 4PL enterprise. After that is flowing the thorough research of the core essential factor of the 4PL enterprise operational strategy model, specifically includes the constructing of the 4PL service, the constructing of the exterior orgernizitional partten, the cultivating of the ability of interior organizition and the cultivating of the essence factors of the enterprise competition. This paper also carries on the real case to analysis. Finally obtains the conclusions of this paper. |
