Comparison Of Scientific And Technological Policies Of Circular Economy Between Japan And China And Its Inspiration

Circular economy is a systematic project that combines technology, economy and social development. It must rely on policies, legislation, and science and technology and finally be realized through technology. It has great practical significance in solving such problems as environmental pollution and ecological imbalance caused by industrialization and unrestrained conquest of nature in present-day China. Practice shows that circular economy, as a new mode of economy development, indeed needs relevant supporting policies and measures to ensure that it can be carried out.Japan is one of the countries where circular economy was put forward and carried out relatively early.
