The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy, information and knowledge are the driving forces for the advance of organizations, and staff training is an important way that provides information, knowledge and skills. For an organization, to maintain human resources, it must strengthen the training of staffs, enhance the quality of employees and ultimately enhance the competitiveness of organizations to achieve strategic purposes. Therefore, organizations need design the scientific training programs that acquired by the modern human resources management.After studied foreign staff training development trend, summed up the advanced western training experience, this thesis identified the gaps that between China and developed countries in the staff training, as well as the importance of training in organizational development. In order to improve training standard, the thesis designed training program for YC social insurance company by studying the state of quo of the company on training .The thesis used related theories, interview and survey to analyze the situation and identify the existing main problems. Then the thesis designed a suitable and applicable training program for the company by applying human resources management theories. It also provided relevant recommendations to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation of the training. The thesis hoped to identify the common problems of human resources management in those types of organizations through case analysis. The training program designed tightly around the actual situation for YC social insurance company, which is highly realistic and applicable in providing guidance and training principles, the company. It also hoped to provide suggestions on training for similar organizations.
