Effective M & As can optimize resource deployment and enterprise-scale, rapid growth. Thus, M & As are increasingly becoming transnational corporations achieve its global expansion strategy tool for developing countries like China businesses through mergers and acquisitions could enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, enterprises to enter the international market to achieve the goal. However, M & As can not create value in itself, only after the integration process through M & As can achieve operating synergies. Successful integration determines the success or failure of mergers and acquisitions, M & As are key factors to successful, with the increase in mergers and acquisitions transactions, mergers and acquisitions, integration also growing attention.The papers; EF company mergers and acquisitions integration process through research, analysis of the reasons for the failure of mergers and acquisitions leading to the corporation; EF, identify the key factors affecting the integration of the company.
