Through the theoretical analysis, we mainly have analyzed the domestic and foreign research present situation, and traces the investment decision-making and Financial analysis on the theory ,the formation and the development, and I elaborated the Investment decision-making and Financial analysis pattern, expounded the investment existence risk and the propose was how small dodged the risk. The research work has carried on the real diagnosis analysis and the theory excavation in view of the above question.Firstly, the thesis introduces the backgrounds, the significance, the innovative achievements and the motivations of choosing this topic. In this part, the origination, development and recent innovation of investment management is summarized. After that, the magnificent significance is addressed and the main goal and contents of this thesis is presented. Financial analysis is a part of economic analysis. The activities of enterprise is a whole system, all-sided evaluation of the enterprise operation and business result is an insistent demand for management. If we can not analyse financial report correctly,it should cause wrong decision. Secondly, the thesis introduces investment theory and analyzes risk existing in investment. The definition and content of financial analysis is also introduced. In the following content, current decision-making models and financial analysis are introduced. The disadvantage of current investment management is analyzed in this section. Finally, based on this, financial analysis model is discussed to form the new information decision-making model. The framework, detailed procedure of investment decision-making is also proposed.
