| Performance management is an important composition in human resource management in enterprise. Efficient performance management system can contribute to competitiveness of enterprise and enable enterprise to access advantage over competition.. To set up a performance management that fits for the enterprise itself and can be implemented smoothly has been explored a long period ,but due to kinds of reasons, there are still many problems in the performance management of domestic enterprises.In this paper, I select a company named PL as an object of study. PL company is a high - tech enterprise of medium size. Faced with increasing rivals, the company need carry out the performance management in order to enhance competitiveness. Establishment of performance management can help improve the employee's performance and enable the company access advantage, which is my preliminary intention for the paper. In the paper, I design the performance management system specifically for the company including planning, implementation, assessment, and response of performance management.This paper is to review the current status and analyze the existing concerns with performance management based on basic theory and relevant information on performance management and in conjunction with implementation of performance management on PL Co.,and then consider how to apply its theory to practice with performance management in PL Co. in an attempt to design a practically efficient performance management system for PL Co. and to test the strength of the theory. |
