Research On Exploiting The Aged Talent Resource In Sichuan

The aging of the population is inevitable with the development of human society. According to the data of the fifth census of population, the aged people more than 60 years old have reached 9,379,500, consisting 11.39% of the whole population, and the population of age more than 65 years is 6,229,400, consisting 7.56 % of all in Sichuan Province. The data indicates the aging society of Sichuan Province. Compared with the developed country and other native provinces, the aging society came in the condition of relatively low economic developing level, which was call 'aged before rich'. Furthermore, the aging population is big with a speedy increase and the aging degree varies from different regions, this would bring about much influence to the social economics. In this condition, it will make great waste of human resources if the aged people are only taken care of. Exploiting of these resources will reduce the pressure of the economics and accelerate the social economics, and this could be good strategy to manage the aged population in Sichuan Province.In recent years, some work has been done to utilize the human resources in aged people in Sichuan Province. Some progress has been achieved in decision-making consultation, techniques exploitation, and education of person with ability in this field. It has done contributes to the development of the society and economics. While generally speaking, the work is just at the beginning, it will be improved to meet with the demands of the national project. It is a great challenge that the aged population is becoming greater. It is necessary to bring more aged people to take part in the society to reduce the pressure to the society, thus it is becoming more and more urgent to exploder and utilize the human resources of the aged people.The fundamental theory was addressed at the first and the comparison of the utilization of human resource of the aged people in native and of abroad was made secondly. The author then went deep down to the current situation of the aging population and the utilization of the human resources of the aged people in Sichuan province, and discussed about the significance, feasibility and principle of utilizing the resources. The strategy and advices for the exploiting of the human resources in the aged were brought about finally.
