Population aging has brought great pressure to China's social and economic development, which is such a powerful challenge, this article tries to study the issues of population aging alleviated by the rational development of younger elderly human resources from a new positive perspective. In 2005, Guiyang entered an aging society, which was later than developed areas, but its population aging has shown unique characteristics such as faster growth rate, low cultural quality and large proportion of younger elderly of elderly population and so on, the issues of aging in Guiyang have brought more burden to such original backward areas and obstructed the economic and social development of Guiyang.Based on "the Study of Younger Elderly Human Resources Development in Guiyang in the Context of Population Aging", this study is chosen as the subject of master thesis, which demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of the elderly Human Resources Development by surveying younger elderly from parts of communities in Guiyang, combining related theories of Human Resources Development with domestic and international experiences of the elderly Human Resources Development. On this basis, the article expands to analyze and study the current status and issues of younger elderly Human Resources Development in Guiyang and tries to get constructive comments and suggestions on alleviating the issues arising from population aging in Guiyang effectively and promoting comprehensive and sustainable development of Guiyang's economy and society in the context of population aging from the actual situation in Guiyang.
