Evaluation And Analysis Of The Regional Innovation Environment In Hebei Province

Innovation potential and environment are the driving forces for the sustainabledevelopment of region economy. Based on knowledge, technology, economic growth and therapid development of economic globalization and informatization, regional innovationenvironment has also become the decisive factor of the future development of regionaleconomy. System innovation, technology innovation, knowledge innovation, idea innovationand management innovation enhance regional economic strength. It is the region’s economicdevelopment potential.Regional innovation environment is superior, the potential strength ofascension means that the region’s economic strength. Regional innovation environmentembodied human resources in regional innovation, promoting transformation the scientificand technological achievements for service system development, the government in theintegration of innovation resources, optimize the environment of innovation in the process ofservice and policies, as well as fiscal and financial support, etc.on the basis of regionalinnovation environment at home and abroad, in this paper,we construct evaluation indexsystem of regional innovation environment in hebei province, using comprehensiveevaluation method to evaluate and analysis11municipal units in hebei province,at last we candraw relevant conclusions, providing suggestions for the comprehensive development ofeconomy in hebei province.
