Research On The Mechanism Of Enterprise Boundary Growth Based On Industrial Symbiosis

With the continuous development of economy and society,the internal environment and the external environment of the enterprise are changing from the relatively stable static environment to the complex and changeable environment.At the same time,the competition between enterprises has changed from "point" to "line" competition,The mutual syncretism within industries is enhanced.Economic interdependence between the main body,the original boundaries have become “as different as the waters of the Jinghe and the Weihe” to fuzzy,appeared “symbiosis harmony”.Based on t his,based on the domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the existing research results,methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,makes a s ystematic research on the association between change and growth of enterprises to the enterprise boundary,completed the following work:1.The related theory of enterprise boundary are discussed and sorted,analyzed the enterprise boundary attribute,enterprise boundary reconstruction motivation,and focus on t he enterprise vertical boundary integration motivation and effect are discussed.2.On the theory of industrial symbiosis is discussed,the existing research results are summarized,discussed the formation and operation mechanism of industrial symbiosis system,two kinds of feasible industrial symbiosis pattern are discussed.3.This paper summarizes the relevant theories and research results of enterprise growth,and focuses on the enterprise growth model based on dynamic capabilities.Construction of enterprise boundary reconstruction and symbiotic system of a large part of the necessary conditions is the dynamic growth of enterprises,enterprises in the boundary reconstruction and symbiotic benefits for the enterprise growth will also play a certain role in promoting.4.On the basis of the existing research,this paper puts forward a theoretical model for the reconstruction of the boundary of the firm,which will produce a symbiotic benefit,and then have a positive effect on t he growth of the firm.Combined with the case,Yunnan Baiyao Group as a composite entity symbiosis,the collection of Yunnan Baiyao Group since 1999.The related data for empirical analysis,validate the rationality of theoretical model.The purpose of this paper is to improve the existing theory of enterprise boundary reconstruction and to supplement it from the view of industrial symbiosis benefit.Thus,it can provide a new theoretical support and analysis perspective for the formulation and implementation of the enterprise's overall strategy,and the evaluation of the effect and the choice of the optimal path.
