Staff incentive is vital to a corporation , many specialists in the field of organizational behavior and human resource management are seeking the approach to inspiring the staff more effectively. But the present theories have ignored a pivotal issue—that is before the mechanical factors being transformed into the incentive factors,there is a complicate mental process. Because of more effective explanation to the staff behavior and incentive,the theory of psychological ownership has been paid attention by more and more western scholars; however,it is a new research area as yet. This disquisition started with the theory of psychological ownership,integrating the incentive theory,tried to combine the psychological ownership and staff incentive together,advanced the influencing factors of the psychological ownership and built a model,at last had an empirical investigation. Synthetically used the measures such as theory analysis,model building and empirical study to research the staff incentive.At first,this disquisition started with the literature review,confirming and expatiate on the theory of psychological ownership. Through explaining why the theory came into being,its meaning and its formative approach,I ascertain the structural dimensionality of the theory of psychological ownership,and its formation,constitutes and influencing factors,integrating the organizational effects research of psychological ownership inside and outside the nation.Secondly,I brought staff incentive theory into the theory of psychological ownership. Starting with analyzing the staff behavior based on the theory of psychological ownership , Through analyzing the influencing factors of the psychological ownership and the process and effects of employee incentive,we discussed the essence of the incentive,Then integrating the influencing factors of the psychological ownership,we built a combined influential factors model,which contains four factors—material,job,achievement,emotion--so as to lead the employees'positive behaviors. Finally we came up with the research hypotheses.At last,through a questionnaire from the three cities—Beijing,Changsha,Guangzhou,152 altogether,I made an empirical investigation to the model of psychological ownership influential factors model,Mostly used the SPSS software to do the quantitative analysis,including factor analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis , the results had proved that the scale and hypotheses was right and rational ,and linking the results of the research I came up with some reasonable advice. The innovation of this research is combining the theory of psychological ownership and the research of staff incentive,it is not only a combination of incentive pattern of both management science and economics,but also a unite organizational behavior with psychology.
