This paper is based on general concept and method of project management and risk management, it's trying to build a suitable and practical risk management system for E company by connecting the business characteristics of the company with the general principles of management.E company is a high-tech enterprise that providing the SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system integration service to railway engineering, the business characteristics of the company are similar as both of the large building engineering project and system integration project, such as long procedure, large investment, multiple partners, high level technology, skilled engineers.Over the years, the study to large building engineering project management has been done deeply and widely by scholar, it's the same as the system integration project management recently, but the research which has two characteristics of both is rare, China is developing the railway system construction with high speed, lots of new-line projects are including some sub-projects of SCADA, so how to control and avoid risk is a problem that E company and other enterprise facing. This author hopes to make a contribution to solve this kind of problem by this paper.This paper consists of describing general theory of risk management, analyzing the business characteristics of E company, concluding the general risk management methods of E company, the risk management practice of QingZang railway project, and being aimed at the characteristics of large building engineering project and SCADA project, this paper builds a system, which is based on project life cycle, to control and avoid the project risk of E company's future projects, this system is also can be referenced by other same business enterprises.
