Under the different cultural atmosphere, whether the business enterprise can build up a perfect valid salary to encourage a mechanism and can well transfer employee to aggressive and creative power, will directly influence its existence and development.BJ company from a state-owners enterprise B and the group of J merger but establish of the private enterprise company, it is a representative of foundation facilities construction of enterprise, this text aims at the integration the salary manage of case research by reorganized of two kinds of different enterprise system in a company, through the analysis of its problem, with the theories of human resource management, the management of organization and economics etc. as foundation, mainly make use of advanced theories and method of human resource management in relevant encourage, results and salary management and organization culture and changing etc, pay attention to the difference of individual worker ability, matching the individual and post and difference of environment, combine the enterprise actual condition, aim at the inconsistent factors in the salary manage of enterprise changed the system, find out the key sticking point, provide the new thinking for the change of salary management during the reform of enterprise, provide a reference for enterprise to build up modern salary system.This text use for reference salary manages of theories of the local and outside and successful experience of in human resource of related enterprise. Through a research, the salary management project after reform can constitute a salary project of dissimilarity bases the different work community in the enterprise, can well transfer the employee aggressive of work, promote the study, innovation and core competencies of enterprise, can make the enterprise to build up a close solidarity of team, exaltation the employee's loyalty.
