Study On Changing Scientific And Technological Into Production Of The Research Center For Electric Light Sources

Approaching knowledge economy, As we know, the theory of "S&T" is the first productive forces "can verify it. And nowadays, the problem that how to accelerate the transformation of achievements of the S&T is the most important one. We have made so great achievement these years,but comparing with the demands of the development of our society, there is a gap. There are enormous potential resources of scientific and technological and talent resources of the research center to further release.This text aims at studying the transformation of achievements of the S&T of the Research Center for Electric Light Sources in N research center. Firstly, the writer introduce N research center .Secondly by setting fuzzily model to evaluation the effect of the transformation of "S&T".Then adopting questionnaire research method, the writer will find the critical problems during the transformation in the project, which include that the research separating from marketing and absence of the human resource and the dated idea about the transformation of achievements, the defect of the technical . At last basing on the above analyses, the writer will put forward the reasonable strategy of accelerating transformation of the S&T of the N Research Center for Electric Light Sources.
