The Research On Stock Management In Company C Under The Environment Of Supply Chain

Since entering the 21st century,with an increasingly competitive global market, the new product life cycle is shorter and shorter, continuously improve customer expectations, these concerns have forced companies and start investing in their own supply chain. Meanwhile, with the information technology advances and transport, supply chain management and technology is developing rapidly, more and more enterprises will be supply chain management thinking in the business. With supply chain management thinking of the traditional inventory control theory is facing challenges. Under the supply chain inventory problems and the traditional inventory problems have many differences, these differences are reflected supply chain management and inventory management of the impact.In this paper, Company C is the sample to be studied, comprehensive application of supply chain and inventory management theory, the supply chain inventory management environment issues were analyzed, on the basis of that analyed the supply chain management of the existing inventory and management problems in company C that is bullwhip effect in the supply chain management and the lack of uncertainties that simplify inventory control strategy, information systems can not meet the requirements of modern inventory management, lack of scientific inventory management performance evaluation, complex storage networks. This paper researched that the company's supply chain inventory management model of products selection and design. The implementation of the new mode and inventory management optimization of products in company C.Through the analysis and compare of the current popular theory sector of the supply chain inventory management mode (VMI, JMI and CPFR), and use their basic thinking , the paper raised the new mode that refer company C to the core, implementate the supply chain management, and design the new mode of products supply chain inventory management for company C: headquarters centrally managed inventory; methods for new mode of implementation: reorganize the structure of organization.use effective inventory strategy to improve demand forecasts, and building strategic partnership relations with core retail synergy, make full use of third-party logistics, establish the system to test the product inventory management performance using AHP. identified the number and locations for Area Regional Distribution Center in North China of company C by application of 0-1 mixed integer programming model.and as the Guangdong market as an example,the paper compared the effective of the application of centrally managed inventory,especially at an average of inventory and transportation costs savings results.This paper may be regarded as a reference project for supply chain stock optimum management of products and regional distribution center location in company C, and I wish it can provide some valuable ideas, methods and recommendations for other similar enterprise.
