Along with the network technology and the rapid development of economic globalization, the competition between modem enterprises gradually transformed into the supply chain and the supply chain competition.The change of consumption concept, product life cycle is becoming shorter and shorter, the product profit space getting smaller and those from the external market pressures drives an enterprise actively to invest supply chain and supply chain management, and other enterprises to establish a strategic alliance of supply chain in order to rival in competition and resisting external risk. Therefore, the establishment of a supply chain and enhance its efficiency is a key issue is how to choose different efficiency of candidate suppliers with long-term cooperation partners or suppliers.It is a very important assessment and selection problem to choose the best suppliers of a company or the purchasing department. Selecting a good supplier can not only reduce the operating costs of enterprises and improve the quality of the final product, but also can make an enterprise's future development full of prospects Therefore, in today's fierce competition in the international environment, It is very important for any successful enterprise to have a fast and effective supplier selection mechanism.This paper firstly expounds the basic theory of supply chain management and the supplier selection of basic theory, then gives the basic theory and data envelopment analysis model and the scope of application, the DEA cross evaluation model is proposed based on it and DEA cross evaluation model selection algorithm and the steps are given, and numerical example is calculated and verify the feasibility of the model, and the results of the model are compared to other studies to show its advantages.Finally we puts forward the flexible data envelopment analysis model:data envelopment analysis cross evaluation model (DEA cross evaluation), the fuzzy model of data envelopment analysis (FDEA) and chance constrained data envelopment analysis model (CCDEA), and gives the mathematical models and the constraint conditions. The flexible data envelopment analysis model selection framework is draw and the models are suitable to the condition of data. And the flexible DEA model for data simulation,and it compared the four models of different results,the results are compared to other results from the literature, the results show that the proposed flexible model has obvious advantages.
