Research On The External Uneconomic Problem Of The City Logistics

The urban economy is the basis of city logistics, it decides the demand structure and development level of the city logistics. The development of the city logistics causes many urban problems with the urban economic growth: traffic jam, frequent traffic accidents, the deteriorating urban ecological environment, serious waste of energy, the increasing cost of the urban residents living space and so on. The negative impact caused by the city logistics is the external uneconomic problem of the city logistics. This paper studies the methods of solving the external uneconomic problem of the city logistics by analyzing the root of the problem. It includes building public logistics facilities, implementing a common distribution, the development of new city logistics system, the informational city logistics management, the control policy of the city logistics and so on. The paper main research the external uneconomic problem of the city logistics from public logistics facilities planning and the city logistics policy. Firstly, referring the basic framework of space layout of the domestic and foreign city logistics system, combining the factors of site, using operations research, econometrics, logistics management and other theories, constructing the non-linear programming model, Using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), and other site-selection methods, Determine the quantity and specific location of the logistics facilities. Secondly, establish a model to optimize the logistics line. Finally, emphasize the role of the government on making the city logistics policy and investment of the city logistics facilities.The themes is totally divided into seven parts:Chapter I Introduction .It introduces background ,purpose and meaning that the thesis chooses main contents and technique route.Chapter II The theories and status quo of the city logistics. It defines logistics and the city logistics, overviews and induces a research general situation and development trend of domestic and international city logistics according to a cultural heritage index.Chapter III The external uneconomic problem of the city logistics. The thesis studies the root of the external uneconomic problem by analyzing it's specific phenomenon.Chapter IV The methods of solving the external uneconomic problem of the city logistics.
