As an organization mode of large-scale socialized production, Industrial cluster has become an important phenomenon of the global economy as well as the core growth pole of national and regional sustained economic growth. Establishing industrial clusters, taking advantage of cluster effect, enhancing industrial competitiveness and regional comprehensive economic strength are the inevitable choice to attain smoothly the objectives of building a well-off society in an all-round way.With the increase of fierce market competition, the enterprises must cooperate with upstream and downstream enterprises to enhance their competitive strength as the enterprise itself will survive hardly in the competition. So the geographical concentration of industries can make full use of the role of industrial cluster by sharing resources, information, technology and other elements in the adjacent area. Under this situation, it's of great practical significance to study supply chain management and collaborative commerce.With the trend of global competition and market segmentation faced by enterprisesnowadays, the market demand tends to be more diversified in items but with the smallquantity for each item, the product lifecycle gets shorter, the production lead time is morecompressed, and a quicker understanding and response to the market become a necessity.Besides making every effort to improve the traditional operation, an enterprise must alsoproactively react to the challenges they have confronted. Under such circumstances,the concept of supply chain has therefore been developed. Enterprises hope to use supply chain operation to reinforce their organization so as to meet the demand of their crucial customers, and gain the maximum business profit with the lowest cost and rapidest process operation. As it is, more focus on business partner relationship and collaboration operation amid enterprises has therefore been placed in supply chain management.Due to the inextricable relationship between the upstream and downstream firms, the collaboration operation amidst enterprises has become a crucial link in supply chain management. It is also the key factor in the integration of resources. As defined by Professor Chu Hai-Chun for collaboration operation: to use e-cooperation and interaction amidst enterprises, suppliers, business partners and customers and communicate through real-time Internet, the collaboration group may mutually share and use data, knowledge, human resources and processes. Either for the relationship between the departments in an enterprise, or the business exchanges amidst enterprises, any form of collaboration (including product design, supply chain planning, forecast, material flows, marketing, etc.) may all be regarded as the collaboration operation. It shows that collaboration operation places more focus on the establishment of the cooperative interaction mode. In order to have the success collaboration in supply chain, the suppliers, manufacturers, customers and distributors in supply chain must build a business partner relationship as mentioned in the previous section and work equally hand in hand with mutual trust and benefits.Though many cities and provinces are actively setting up industry clusters, the correlation between enterprises is still loose, thus can't be a complete system. To achieve"Win-win and Coexistence", enterprises must strengthen cooperation with the supply chain partners. On the other hand, the development of information technology and network technology offers technical support for the development of collaborative commerce. Enterprises in the industrial clusters can achieve collaborative purchasing, collaborative production, collaborative marketing and collaborative R & D by constructing collaborative commerce platform. Collaborative commerce and supply chain management which promote the formation and upgrading of clusters within the region are the key way to improve regional competitiveness.This paper is divided into the following sections based on the contents. The first chapter, background and significance of the study are introduced from the aspects of the industrial cluster, supply chain and collaborative commerce.Then this paper introduces research status, methods, ideas, and chapter content distribution. The second chapter, the collaborative model of cluster supply chain is mainly studied, including industrial cluster structure and driving factors, advantages of supply chain collaboration model, Finally, the competitive and cooperation relationship of industrial clusters, the problem of cooperation from the perspective of cooperative game. Chapters III and IV, the paper focuses on supply chain collaborative commerce platform of the industrial cluster. The development of Industry specific business process framework and the function of the system architecture of collaborative commerce are analysised; The type of collaborative commerce platform is re-introduced, and the core business of collaborative commerce platform is choosed; then the function structure of the platform is introduced; Finally, the paper Summarizes enlightenment on the improvement of the competitiveness of industrial clusters in Hunan according to the contents. Chapter V, Taking the collaborative commerce of A Power Logistics Park in Hunan for an example, collaborative commerce framework is designed based on the characteristics, and the logistics park functions of supply chain collaborative commerce is realized, Construction of other cluster supply chain collaborative commerce has a certain reference. Finally, conclusion. Made a conclusion for the results of this study and shortcomings and made a prospect for future research.Research areas of industrial cluster supply chain collaborative commerce related to cross field of study. The paper is based on the research projects undertaken by my tutor. Industrial cluster supply chain collaboration model, supply chain collaborative level and operational framework, design and implementation of collaborative commerce platform are comprehensive analysised and researched in the paper using combination of theory and practice method. In addition, this paper includs the following theoretical method:Game theory and economics theory-based, supply chain idea and methods of collaborative commerce targeted, taking the construction of Hunan logistics park collaborative commercefor example. Supply chain collaborative commerce is the focus of this paper. I improve efficiency and competitiveness of the industril cluster by constructing the supply chain collaborative commerce. The development of strategic new industries, nurturing a competitive industry clusters, will be the focus of a new round of regional competition, but also emphasis of the future economic work. Therefore, this study has great practical significance. This paper has the following conclusions:First, the general coordination models of supply chain and the characteristics of industril cluster are analysised in the paper, the supply chain collaborative model based on industry cluster is summarized. Second, the paper build the supply chain mode of industril cluster for analyzing its advantages, the cluster core enterprise selected other enterprises in the cluster as partners under the same conditions fou the competitive edge. The most advantageous choose of Supply chain enterprises is cooperation and fulfill commitment.But a party of the supply chain goes against co-operation agreement for the greater interests. Therefore the supply chain alliance may collapse. Because of this possibility, so but also the appropriate "supervision punishment mechanism" should to be established in the coordination mechanisms of supply chain.Third, the analysis for competition and cooperation effect of industrial cluster showed that lack of competition between enterprises and excessive competition will cause the decline of the efficiency of industrial clusters, market conditions deteriorated, affecting the competitiveness of industrial clusters to enhance, or even the decline and fall of the industrial cluster.Fourth, the supply chain collaborative commerce operation framework and system functional architecture put forward through the summary of supply chain and collaborative commerce-related. Functional structure of the supply chain collaborative commerce platform is proposed. Supply chain collaborative commerce platform is the base of supply chain collaborative commerce systems, it can improve information sharing among the timeliness, flexibility and real-time, thereby enhancing the economic efficiency of supply chain enterprises, while have enhanced the core competitiveness of industrial clusters.Fifth, today cluster homogeneity and market competition intensifing, this paper summed up some inspiration for how to cultivate core competitiveness of industrial clusters through the supply chain collaborative commerce research.Sixth, Taking the collaborative commerce of A Power Logistics Park in Hunan for an example, collaborative commerce framework is designed based on the characteristics, and the logistics park functions of supply chain collaborative commerce is realized, Construction of other cluster supply chain collaborative commerce has a certain reference.This paper studed cluster supply chain collaborative commerce more detail,but because of the limited ability of the author, there are still many limitations in the study and description.Mainly in the following areas:First, this paper only gives the competing game between the supply chain enterprises in cluster, but has not discussed the competing game between supply chains. Another market is changing, the choice of competing game model should take into account various factors, so it should be from a dynamic perspective to analyze the relationship between enterprises competing. Second, more than one core business in a complete cluster, but supply chain collaborative commerce platform designed is based on a core business in this paper so that the analysis of functional modules may have some limitations. Third, the paper industry cluster supply chain collaborative commerce platform lack of more detailed technical implementation process.Because there are many limitations of this study, so the future will do in-depth research for these limitations, including the following:First, the industril clusters have the characteristics of repeated games and hope to investigate the competition and collaborative partnership from the perspective of the dynamic game.Second, Author hopes to build a collaborative commerce platform including all organizational entities , organize supply chain alliance dynamicly and efficiently, and to achieve collaborative between companies based on the research of scholars at home and abroad.Third, the information technology is foundation to achieve seamless integration and interoperability for various corporate in industril cluster. In a future study, through service-oriented architecture (SOA) and Web services technology,author hopes to build collaborative management system that support for inter-enterprise collaborative purchasing, collaborative marketing, collaborative design, collaborative R & D .This paper analyzes the supply chain collaboration mode and competitive cooperation effect of industry cluster so as to summarize the promotion role of supply chain management to industry clusters, and then studies the operational framework and collaborative level of collaborative commerce, building collaborative commerce platform of core business. Taking the collaborative commerce of A Power Logistics Park in Hunan for an example, the paper also makes an analysis of design and implementation of industry cluster's supply chain collaborative commerce. The above research provides some reference to the enhancement of industry cluster competitiveness.
