Research On Training The High Level Compound Taxation Personnel

With the high speed of social and economical development of China, the quality of taxation personnel is required higher than ever before to adapt to the prevailing trend of economical globalization, taxation internationalization and tax collection legislation. It's highly expected that training high level taxation personnel with the knowledge of taxation, law, computer, foreign languages, international rules and management shall be among the primary jobs of taxation system.This paper scientifically clarifies the connotation and denotation of high level compound taxation personnel and studies deeply the status and main problems in the training. It also puts forward the guidelines and principles of training, rules of personnel training, selection, promotion and management, 3 keys steps of recruiting, rearing and utilization from the aspects of physical and psychological features of human being. The paper suggests to intensify the training of personnel, improve the environment and atmosphere of personnel utilization system while the diploma and education experience are not the only standards of assessment. The new double-track mode with subject leader as core is recommended to provide more talents to the taxation system.
