Research On The Current Situation And Model Of High-skilled Personnel Training For Agricultural Mechanization In Chongqing

In recent years,with the support of the State's policy of benefiting farmers by means of strong agriculture,especially since the implementation of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Promoting Agricultural Mechanization" on November 1,2004,the cause of agricultural mechanization in our country has been rapidly developed in depth and breadth.Since March 1,2005 from the implementation of "rural land management rights transfer management approach" has objectively accelerated the flow of land,especially the "The views of Chongqing Municipal Committee of Agriculture on the implementation of the main mechanization of agricultural production operations to promote"(Yu Nong Fa [2016] No.172),which provided favorable conditions for the application of agricultural machinery.With the constant expansion of agricultural machinery applications,the status and role of agricultural machinery in agricultural production have become increasingly prominent.The total agricultural machinery ownership and total power reached a new height.The majority of users of agricultural machinery with new technologies,agricultural machinery driving,operation,maintenance skills,the demand for more and more demanding on the maintenance of agricultural technology service personnel requirements,December 1,2016 began to implement agricultural machinery ? standard,The problem of limited agricultural service technicians has become increasingly prominent.There are many problems in training of highly skilled personnel in Chongqing,and there are more problems in the cultivation mode of highly skilled personnel.This article has obtained the present situation of the talent training mode at home and abroad by comparing the methods of the literature,and has carried on the comparative analysis.Through questionnaires and case analysis methods,the status quo of Chongqing's agricultural mechanization talents was explored,and a more detailed study of the existing modes of cultivating high-skilled talents for agricultural machinery in Chongqing was conducted,understand the basic situation of the current training mode for high-skilled personnel of agricultural machinery in Chongqing,and analyze the problems existing in the current training mode.It builds up the cultivation mode of Chongqing high-skilled talents of agricultural mechanization from selecting system,implementing measures,certification management system and system guarantee detailed suggestions.
