However, at present, there are many employment problems in thechain retail enterprise of Tai Yuan city, which lead to the enterprise, can not attract excellent talents;the introducing talents have not enough enthusiasm because of the shortage of the trainingmechanism and the salary system and high staff turnover. These phenomena are directly caused theenterprise labor shortages. This paper taking Tai Yuan city’s chain retail enterprise staff as theresearch object, through the questionnaire and interview etc, and to research and explore theeffective employment mechanism, the use of salary, training overall incentive function of utmostmotivate their enthusiasm and creativity. This study in the development of Tai Yuan city chain retailenterprise and the economic has important practical significance.According to the retail chain enterprises, the existing problems in the past most scholars fromlogistics distribution center, financial management, business scale, management personnel quality,no retail chain enterprise employee contract, insurance, compensation, benefits, training, motivation,work time and so on system research. This thesis aims to Tai Yuan city chain retail enterprise’sspecific condition, from the employee contract, insurance, compensation, benefits, training,motivation, work time and so on, the analysis and research on employees of a questionnaire survey,a total of400questionnaires,316valid questionnaires in the questionnaires, the statistical analysis,and then combined with the relative theory and retail chain enterprise employee needs according tothe characteristics of retail chain enterprises in Tai Yuan city the employment situation is proposedto improve employment environment, to construct the enterprise training mechanism and salarysystem countermeasures. |
