| At present, most of the studies on construction cost management of domestic projects are about cost management of architecture construction projects; construction cost management of electromechanical installation projects is generally included into the architecture construction project management as part of project management. Studies on construction cost management of electromechanical installation projects are few. In the practice of cost management of project construction, construction cost management of electromechanical installation projects differs a lot from that of architecture construction projects, mainly in management processes, controlling methods and analysis methods. Construction cost management of electromechanical installation projects is difficult due to complex systems, diversified professional types, various material varieties, great changes of construction process, and non-centralized construction time and construction area. However, professional features and complexity of electromechanical installation project also decides that its margin space is bigger than that of architecture construction projects, so it attracts more and more attention of construction enterprises and development enterprises. During long-term practice in construction cost management of electromechanical installation projects, it is found to be very difficult to realize the most optimized whole-process control of cost through traditional extensive management, so it is very necessary to carry on systematic study on construction cost management of electromechanical installation projects and to establish complete management and control mode.Based on the principle of work functions decomposition (WBS: Work breaking system), construction cost management process of electromechanical installation projects can be divided according to different implementation processes into such processes as project budget, target plan, materials and equipments purchasing, construction management, warehouse management, capital management and project settlement, etc. In order to manage and control cost process and to achieve the goal of cost control, it is necessary to set up cost analysis function, cost control function and cost decision-making function which are relatively independent but interrelated with each other. They form a complete cost management system through on-machine connection according to relevant working principles and functions. The principle of cost management system is: based on accurate budget, set up scientific cost control target, collect related cost data constantly in the process of cost implementation, and make comparison and analysis with planed target to obtain the controlling deviation, and implement effective control on the deviation, thus to achieve the cost control target finally.During implementation process of construction cost management of electromechanical installation projects, huge data-processing is often involved, and problems as heavy workload, long data processing time and poor timeliness, etc are incurred by artificial operation which is the bottleneck that limits wide application of cost management system. In order to achieve modernized management of construction cost of electromechanical installation projects, the most effective way at present is to realize informatization of cost management system. Computer programs and powerful data-processing capacity and long-distance transmitting capacity of network technology can solve the complex data-processing problem and project remote control and analysis problem of cost management, and thus provide a good platform for realization of cost management informatization. Based on the working principle and model of construction cost management system of electromechanical installation projects, and according to functions and relations of various work functions modules, this thesis makes information system planning (ISSP) and information technology planning (ITSP) toward cost management system model, functions of each function module and data link relation system, and provides clear ideas and methods for informatization design and implementation of construction cost management of electromechanical construction projects.With the development of modern management technology and wide application of computer, informationized management technology has been adopted among various industries. The informationized management system is powerful in data collection & treating and is able to conduct auto data analysis and remote transmission, which settles the problems of settling, analyzing, calculating and transmitting enormous data. Informationization of installation project cost management system and computer-aided management mode will become reality and brings chances for enhancing installation project cost management. This thesis aims to combining features and experiences of installation project cost management and take a research on informationization of installation project cost management system through analyzing installation project cost management, building construction cost management systemic model and utilizing informationized management technology and modern computer network technology. The thesis also illustrates the implementing process of systemic informationization and puts forwards a clear concept and method for informationizing process. With deepening of the research, cost informationized management would definitely be widely applied in installation engineering. |
