These several years, the special purpose vehicle industry with good prospect has developed fast in China. To survive and develop, KRTL Corporation, as a spare parts manufacture for special purpose vehicle, has to formulate a long-term and all-around development strategy to adapt the exterior drastic competitive circumstance and to enhance the competitive strength.Taking KRTL as the research object, the article analyses the factors on economy, society, culture, environment, law, and technique in and outside of the corporation. With"External Factors Evaluation(EFE)Makix" it evaluates validity of corporation's reactive to exterior key factors; With"Botor's Five Model", it analyzes competition situation and competition extent between different size and different strategic corporations; With"Analytic Hierarchy Process", it analyzes key competition capacity of KRTL and effectiveness of present competition strategy, then menaces and opportunities are founded. Meanwhile, the article gives the general analyzes on management, marketing status, control capacity on production and quality, R&D ability, application of information system, finance status and finance management. With"Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE)Matrix" , the article evaluates the internal advantages and weaknesses in corporation, especially the proper ability and crucial weakness. Then, from matching key factors in and outside of the corporation, it deduces the SO strategy, ST strategy, WO strategy and WT strategy. It provides corporation with back-up strategies to exert advantages, to make use of opportunity, to obviate and decrease menace and to overcome weakness. Then it uses"Strategic Position and Action Practice Evaluation Matrix"to analyze present strategy and proceeding strategy, based on the decided task and mid-long term goal to select the strategy type.It educes the conclusion that in present competition situation, corporation ought to develop itself by strategy Integration. On marketing, corporation ought to base on its traits to develop the national market through cost reduction. Meanwhile, product exploitation should be paied attention to and basic competition advantage should be consolidated. Taking the marketing risk, corporation competition ability and economic strength should be developed. Seize the highly opportune moment for coming into special purpose vehicle parts manufacture industry.
